Privacy Policy

Standfast Growth  ·  Effective August 3, 2026  ·  Last updated August 3, 2026

This policy explains what Standfast Growth collects when you apply, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Plain language, no games.

The short version — we do not sell your information

We have never sold or rented personal information and we do not intend to. If you give us your mobile number, we use it to talk to you about your application and your campaigns — nothing else. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with anyone, for any purpose.

1. Who we are

Standfast Growth is a marketing agency serving tree service businesses. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Standfast Growth" mean the same thing. "You" means anyone who visits our website, submits an application, or becomes a client. This policy covers our website and the forms, calls, and messages connected to it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us.

When you fill out our application form, book a call, or message us, we collect:

  • Your name and business name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your service area
  • Details about your tree service business — how long you have operated, your current revenue range, and what you are trying to improve

Information we collect automatically.

When you visit the site, standard web data is collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the source that referred you.

Information from clients.

If you become a client, we also handle access to your advertising and CRM accounts, your ad creative, and campaign performance data. That data stays yours.

3. How we use it

  • To review your application and decide whether we are a fit
  • To contact you about your application — by phone, email, or text
  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls
  • To deliver services if you become a client, and report on results
  • To send you marketing about our own services, which you can stop at any time
  • To improve the site and understand which marketing works
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not use your information to train advertising models, build profiles for resale, or enrich third-party databases.

4. SMS & text messaging

How you opt in. You provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our application form. Checking that box is what gives us permission to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Separately, homeowner leads generated by client campaigns are texted only where they have submitted their number and consented on the client's lead form.

What we send. Messages about your application and account, call scheduling and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, and promotional messages about our services.

How often. Message frequency varies. Most people receive no more than a few messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages — your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in section 6 specifically excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent — that information is not shared with anyone under any circumstances.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies & ad tracking

We run advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so the site uses the Meta pixel and similar tools to measure which ads bring in applications. These tools set cookies and may report your activity on our site back to the ad platform.

You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also control ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

6. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • Our CRM and messaging provider (GoHighLevel), where applications and conversations are stored
  • Our application form provider
  • Our call-scheduling tool
  • Stripe and Whop — payment processing for clients
  • Meta — advertising measurement
  • Our website host

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect someone's safety.

This section does not apply to SMS opt-in data. As stated in section 4, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing.

7. How long we keep it

Application data is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Client records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 8.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop marketing to you, by any channel

Email [email protected] and we will handle it within 30 days. We will not charge you or make it difficult.

9. Security

We use reputable vendors, keep access limited to people who need it, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as required by law.

10. Third-party sites

Our site and messages may link to other websites — social media, scheduling, payment pages. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

11. Children

Our services are for business owners. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly where we are able to reach you.
